| Wagner Tuning Kia Optima 2.0 TDGI Intercooler Kit This EVO Intercooler kit from Wagner Tuning for Kia Optima 2.0 TDGI Intercooler engines is a high-performance redesign of the OEM intercooler system. Designed for optimal performance, these intercoolers are a significant improvement over the OEM design, offering improved flow and air-charge cooling properties than the OEM intercooler. CAD Designed and FEM optimized, this intercooler kit utilizes the OEM mounting points for simple, straightforward installation and enhanced performance. Wagner's engineers revised the OEM intercooler system with much larger, more efficient intercooler core and improved the end tank design to remove the OEM bottlenecks, resulting in a greater increase in flow and charge cooling properties. When upgrading to a larger intercooler, the larger volume can sometimes cause a loss in manifold pressure (boost), but Wagner Tuning's engineers have tailored the flow of the intercooler to create a design that offers minimal loss of boost pressure. Manufactured utilizing the highest quality tube fin intercooler cores, these intercoolers also feature cast, then cast aluminum end tanks to ensure reliable high performance air to air intake charge cooling.
