This complete upgrade kit for the B5 Audi RS4 Biturbo is a thorough redesign of the OEM Audi intercooler system, completely re-engineered for high performance. Wagner Tuning's engineers have increased the size of the intercooler core and its efficiency, as well as improving the intercooler end tank design to remove the bottlenecks present in the OEM design, offering increased airflow and charge cooling. Manufactured using the finest quality Bar and Plate intercooler cores, these intercoolers have aluminum-cast, then CNC-machined end tanks for reliable, high performance air-to-air intake charge cooling. In addition to the heavy reengineering of the intercooler cores themselves, Wagner Tuning's Biturbo Intercooler Upgrade Kit includes carbon fiber intercooler intake ducts to further enhance cooling efficiency and offers a subtle race-ready aesthetic.

Designed and produced to the strictest engineering standards, this kit offers better-than-OEM fit and finish for a like-factory appearance. Installation is also simple and straightforward, as this intercooler upgrade also utilizes the OEM mounting points for a true factory-replacement upgrade.
