Unlimited Mile Warranty
The Supersprint UNLIMITED MILE
WARRANTY insure against defects in materials and
workmanship. For non-stainless steel systems, this
is a 2-year unlimited mile warranty and for 100%
stainless steel systems this is a 3-year unlimited
mile warranty, effective from the date of purchase
from an authorized Supersprint North America dealer.
Supersprint warranties are nontransferable when
ownership of the product vehicle on which it was
installed is sold.
This warranty is intended to cover
Supersprint products when they are used in the
manner for which they were originally designed.
Supersprint will not be responsible when products
are subjected to abuse: such as ground impact,
improper installation, misapplication, modification
or neglect as well as any injury expenses arising
directly or indirectly from use of Supersprint
components. Supersprint excludes incidental and
consequential damages including loss of time,
inconvenience, and/or loss of use of the vehicle.
Supersprint also excludes any breach of any express
or implied warranty, including the implied warranty
of merchantability applicable to the product.
To obtain service under this
warranty, the product must be returned, to the
Supersprint dealer where purchased, upon discovery
of a defect in material and/or workmanship at the
customer’s expense for verification before any
replacement or repair will be made. The final
decision to repair or replace said parts is solely
at the discretion of Supersprint North America after
receiving the parts in question. Parts for which
replacement are made become the property of
Supersprint North America.
In the event of a warranty claim,
Supersprint will repair or replace, at its sole
discretion, any defective Supersprint components
upon receipt of the item and proof of the original
purchase date. A reasonable period of time must be
allowed for warranty replacement, shipping, and/or
repairs to be completed after the product is
received.
