We always strive to provide a quick, detailed, and helpful response within 24 business hours of your inquiry. Please note that we do not work Saturday or Sunday and these are not business days. Due to the high volume of emails we receive on a daily basis, we are constantly responding to emails even after business hours. Please be patient as we always reply to every email sent to us. Order Status
Please EMAIL US ONLY for order status inquiries. Checking your order's status often requires us to make several calls and look up tracking numbers. We cannot look into orders if we are also on the phone with a customer. Once we do receive a tracking number, it is much easier and faster to send it via e-mail instead of listing out very long tracking numbers over the phone. We are working our best to to answer all emails within 24 hours. Please do not call to check on status if you have already emailed, we are working our hardest to get status information and reply to your emails as soon as possible.
