| XD Series Wheels warrants to the
original retail purchaser that wheels manufactured by XD Series will be
free from structural defects under normal and intended use as long as
the original retail purchaser owns the product.
XD Series Wheels also warrants to the original
retail purchaser that its wheels will be free from defects in
workmanship under normal and intended use, including chrome plating from
the original date of purchase.
This warranty shall NOT apply to:
1. Wheels that have been damaged in transit or
during off road use, by abuse, misuse, negligence, or accident.
2. Wheels that have been used in conjunction with a spacer or bolt
pattern converter, or wheels that have been altered, repaired or
modified or used on applications that the wheel is not designed for.
3. Wheels that have not been installed in accordance with an incorrect
tire size or used with excessive CALL loads.
4. Wheels that have been exposed to corrosion of the surface, due to
weather conditions, chemicals, or neglect.
5. Appearance defects in wheels that have been mounted after purchase,
been damaged during tire mounting, or have been sold as a "blemished
product."
6. Products in which original invoice/receipt is not available for
verification.
7. Product in which the title has been transferred by the original
purchaser. |
The XD Series Wheels warranty is
valid only to the original retail purchaser of a wheel purchased within
the United States and when the wheel is returned to the authorized
dealer from whom it was purchased. This warranty does not cover removal,
and installation. THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE
AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY GIVEN WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT AND ALL OTHER
EXPRESSED WARRANTIES ARE HERBY EXCLUDED. NEITHER XD Series WHEELS NOR
AN AUTHORIZED XD Series WHEELS DEALER WHO SELLS THE PRODUCT IS
RESPONSIBLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SOME
STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG THE WARRANTY LASTS, AND/OR
THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You
may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
