Filtration
With some aftermarket
intakes flow gains are made by decreasing the filtration of the filter. This
isn't the case with S&B intakes. Flow is greatly improved while not sacrificing
filtration, but increasing it by using an 8-ply filter and pleats that are 1
inch deep. Using such large pleats provides for an increased surface area which
allows air to flow to your engine easier. The intake system stops
99.53% of dirt from getting in your engine, more than any other intake or

More Power
