The kit consists of front and rear H&R fixed-valving dampeners with
Turner Motorsport customized H&R springs. The kit features
fully-threaded front shock bodies, as well as adjustable spring perches
that allow you to dial in the exact ride height you want. |

Plates
Camber plates are not
included in the basic TrackSport Coil-over kit, but can be added, and enable the
adjustment of the front camber/caster settings.
How Much Lower Will My E46 M3 Sit?
With the TrackSport Coil-over
kit your M3 will sit 1"-2" lower in the front, and .75"-1.6" lower in the rear.
