Competition Tubular Headers
These
equal length tubular headers are a huge improvement over the OE units
which also include the catalytic converters. By replacing them with the
RD Sport units, you will achieve a gain of almost 30 HP. Unlike other
systems on the market, the RD Sport CTEMs are the result of many hours of
engine dyno tuning and work best when installed with our Engine
Management Software.

Metal Matrix Sport Catalytic
Converters
The
installation of our Competition Tubular Exhaust Manifolds requires a new
set of catalytic converters to replace the OE units that are integrated
in the original manifolds. The RD Sport units feature a 100 cell/cm2
metal substrate that is extremely efficient and reduces the emissions to
below 1999/94/EG standards.

Sport X-Flow MidPipe
The scavenging effect generated by our X-Flow downpipe gives
noticeable improvements in torque in the 3500-4500 RPM range. Constructed
entirely of 304 Stainless steel, the unit replace the stock downpipe and is 5mm
larger than the stock unit to improve flow. It maintains the same exit flanges
and features a slip-on front mounting.

Rear Silencers with Quad Tips (Sport or Competition)
The components of the exhaust that gratify you the most are the
rear silencers. These stainless steel units deliver a distinctively low growl,
improve top end performance, and the quad 85x90 tips look really menacing. The
pipe diameter is increased to 75mm, matching the X-Flow Downpipe diameter, thus
reducing backpressure and increasing throttle response. (A reduction sleeve is
included if you opt to mount our silencers on the stock downpipe, but this
solution is not recommended). The tips are chromed stainless steel and feature
the RD Sport logos in chrome with the RD Blue background.***The
Competition version features smaller silencers to really unleash the
roar of the M5's engine and provide a more aggressive sound!
