ModBargains International Customers - All Countries (Except Russia no service available)
The following are required in order for an international order to be completed with ModBargains. We have implemented these policies after many years of dealing with international credit card fraud, shipping disputes, customs complaints, and other issues from international customers. These terms are non-negotiable, so please do not ask us to make any exceptions to these policies:
Payment for the items is to be made via Bank Wire transfer, there is no exception. We do not accept any non-us credit cards. We do not accept paypal, or paypal transfers. If your bank is charging you a bank wire transfer fee, you are responsible for the difference otherwise we will not be able to process your order. Once you have completed making the wire transfer please email your sales representative or [email protected] and notify us to be aware of your incoming wire transfer. Once the wire transfer clears (this can take approx 4-5 business days), we will process your order.
Alternative payment is via Bank Check/ Cashiers Check/ Money Order, made payable to ModBargains.com Inc. Checks need to be sent to us here, and it will take approx 15 days of processing time, before your order will start the process of shipping (expect an additional 15 day Delay). Personal Checks can take an additional 5 days for clearance.
Easiest method – if you have a United States Freight Forwarder, we can ship the items directly to your Freight Forwarder. Shipping price will be the US shipping price listed on our website.
If the item/items being purchased can easily fit into a box you can hold/carry in one hand – we more then likely will ship the item out to you via USPS (United States Postal service). Items will ship via Priority Postal service with insurance to provided shipping address. Items can take approx 14-18 days to reach their destination. Note USPS will only provide a delivery confirmation number; they do not provide a live tracking number. Do not ask us for tracking updates if you choose shipment via USPS – you have to just be patient for it to show up.
Freight shipping – for items that are large they require shipment via freight (Wheels, Exhaust, Brakes, etc.) Shipping will go through Pilot Freight (we will not ship with another carrier, do not ask us to). Items will ship to your nearest International Airport to your location with the EXCEPTION of Canada, all orders shipping to Canada are to your door. Upon arrival they will contact you for pickup and notify you on any handling, terminal, security fees, and custom duties BEFORE releasing the items to you.
You are required to pay custom duties from your order; we do not know what your custom duties fees will be it is situational for every country. Do not ask us how much your customs fees will be, as we do not know and it is set by your own local government. We will declare the value of items at its true value; do not ask us to declare at a lower amount, it is customs fraud. All items must clear customs 3 ways: Self Clear, Customs Broker, or Pilot Freight Broker if available (Canada available for flat fee of $95). Easiest process is to hire a broker for service. Pickup will be done at the airport, we do not ship freight to your residence.
What do we need from you before emailing us for a quote?
1. Read the above information and clearly understand the process that an international order requires. If you agree to it then we can setup an order for you so as not to waste your time or our time.

4. Patience – It does takes us time to get a shipping quote from our freight company, it may take 3-4 days. Processing time is also longer for all funds to be received and packaging for items.
