Warranty and Terms
Installer Series:
Three (3) year warranty from the date of purchase.
XP Series:
Lifetime warranty from the date of purchase.
Pro Series:
Lifetime warranty from the date of purchase.
Black Series:
One (1) year warranty on the coating and a three (3) Year Warranty
on the exhaust components from the date of purchase.
Performance Series:
Two (2) year warranty from the data of purchase.
Damaged
Products:
All damaged merchandise must be reported to
the carrier immediately, within 24 hours, upon the receipt of goods.
You will be required to provide a claim report to the carrier prior to
contacting your account manager within 2 days. MBRP Inc. will not be
responsible for any claim after 3 days of receipt of goods.
Warranty Information:
The MBRP Inc. warranty applies only to
defects in material & workmanship of MBRP Inc. products to the original
purchaser on record, providing that installation was completed on the
original vehicle for which it was designed and tested for. MBRP Inc.
will not warranty the cost of removal or re-installation of this product
nor does the warranty apply if the product has been damaged by accident,
abuse, misuse or misapplication. The sole obligation of MBRP Inc. will
be to repair or replace at its discretion. Determination of warranty on
any product is subject to inspection by an MBRP Inc. quality control
inspector. On identifying a potential defect in material or
workmanship, contact your account manager for a Return Goods
Authorization number. MBRP Inc. will not accept delivery of any
returned product that does not have a Returned Goods Authorization
number.
Shipping Information:
Using only dependable and professional
shipping companies, MBRP Inc. reserves the right to choose the carrier
based on service, reliability and price, unless otherwise specified at
the time of ordering. Overnight and 2nd day service is available upon
request. All returned orders will be subject to a 25% restocking charge
plus freight and customs charges, if any.
Payment Terms:
MBRP Inc. accepts VISA, MasterCard,
American Express, Discover, Money Orders, Certified Cheques, Wire
Transfers and Company Cheques with credit approval. Please check with
your account manager prior to ordering. All NSF cheques are subject to
a $25 bank service charge.
MBRP Privacy Statement:
All information submitted to MBRP Inc. will
be held confidential and will be used for the sole purpose of
communication with, or a transaction of goods or services to the
client. MBRP Inc. will not sell, rent, swap or otherwise disclose
confidential information to any third party. MBRP Inc. accepts no
liability for information that may be intercepted by unauthorized acts
of a third party or through the use of third party advertising links.
MBRP Inc. reserves the right to modify or
update these policies at any time.
