Fabspeed Sport Headers E46 M3

Get rid your your E46 M3's stock, restrictive exhaust manifolds and replace them with the Fabspeed Performance Sport Headers. The Fabspeed Sport Headers are constructed from high quality T304 stainless steel and are CNC mandrel bent for optimal flow. They feature formula 1/NASCAR style high velocity merge collectors for maximum power and optimal exhaust scavenging. These headers have shown dyno gains of 24 horsepower and 24 Ft./Lbs. of torque at the rear wheels, this is with the Fabspeed Headers as the ONLY modification.

Please note installing only the Fabspeed headers with the stock vehicle software will cause a check engine light because there are no longer catalytic converters in the headers. If you are looking to add the Fabspeed Headers without having a check engine light you will need to purchase the Fabspeed Mid-Pipes with the 200 cell sport cats installed.

Fabspeed Mid-Pipes/Cat Bypass Pipes (Optional)
When replacing your E46 M3's exhaust headers with Fabspeed Headers your E46 will throw a check engine light if you have the stock software. By adding the Fabspeed Mid-Pipes with 200-Cell Sport Cats installed, which replaces your current secondary catalytic converters with the Sport Cats, your M3 will not throw a check engine light. If you don't need the 200-Cell Sport Cats you can opt for the Cat Bypass Pipes which replace your existing secondary catalytic converters and allows for a nearly unrestricted airflow.

With the Fabspeed Mid-Pipes with catalytic converters your E46 M3 will pass emissions and inspections.

Note - If you purchase the Fabspeed Mid-Pipe with 200-Cell Sport Cats you will receive everything shown below. If you purchase the Cat Bypass Pipes you will receive the exhaust piping as shown below without the section with the Sport Cats attached.
