By adding the Fabspeed Mid-Pipes with 200-Cell Sport Cats
installed, which replaces your current secondary catalytic converters with the
Sport Cats, your M3 will not throw a check engine light. If you don't need the
200-Cell Sport Cats you can opt for the Cat Bypass Pipes which replace your
existing secondary catalytic converters and allows for a nearly unrestricted
airflow.
With the Fabspeed Mid-Pipes with Sport Cats your E46 M3 will pass emissions and inspections.
