Why Flow Formed Wheels?
The main reason why a flow formed
wheel such as the D-Force LTW5 is better than a gravity or low pressure
cast wheel is weight saving. This wheel is roughly 5 Lbs lighter than a
cast wheel, this weight saving translates to huge performance gains as
every pound removed from the wheels/tires is as if you removed 10 Lbs
from the car. If you replaced wheels that were 5 Lbs heavier than the
LTW5 this means overall it is as if you are removing 200 Lbs from the
car!
